Enables to have real time basis tracking of vehicle. Reports can be fetched to view actual distance travelled, count of trips etc.
We can track our vehicles on google map with the current location of a vehicle. And also mark the boundary for geofencing.
Records of vehicle tracking via map can be viewed. Back dated records are available to check the history, date or speed wise.
We can track the current posstion of the vehicle via live tracking. We can track the route path of vehicle on which it is travelling.
This portion is basically for citizens. Citizen can post the complaint via mobile application or through call to Nagar Nigam call centers.
Upon receipt of complaint, it is directed to complaint redressal team. They respond within defined timelines with resolution.
Complaints can be filtered and user can view them category wise. (example: Pending, Resolved, In-progress).
